Overview

Customer Sales Advisor

Location | Office-based in Colchester

Salary | £28,000 Basic + Quarterly Bonus

Hours | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Contract | Full Time Permanent.

What you'll be doing
  • Turning customer enquiries into profitable orders for branded promotional merchandise.
  • Advising clients on product options and branding methods.
  • Preparing accurate quotes and visuals.
  • Processing and managing orders from start to finish using our internal system.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure right-first-time delivery.
  • Following up on website enquiries by phone and email to convert leads.
  • Staying on top of admin and order updates to keep everything on track.
