As a Customer Representative, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing information about planned works, responding to enquiries, managing customer communications, and helping to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll engage directly with residents and businesses, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support community engagement activities, and work closely with operational teams to ensure customers receive timely updates and an excellent service. This role will see you balancing customer care, administration, and stakeholder engagement to help deliver positive outcomes for both our customers and our business.

Cappagh Browne Utilities Ltd is a special purpose joint venture established to deliver wastewater network maintenance and repair services for Southern Water across the South of England. We focus on keeping sewer networks operating efficiently through planned maintenance, emergency response and rehabilitation works. Our capability is underpinned by a substantial fleet of specialist vehicles including vacuum tankers, jetting units and CCTV survey equipment, supported by advanced technology for rapid diagnostics and effective solutions.
