  • Completing data validation and quality checks to maintain accurate customer and contract information.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.

  • Supporting team-wide initiatives and contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment.

What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.

  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • High levels of accuracy when handling data and documentation.

  • A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or customer-facing role.

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.

  • Experience working within a fast-paced operational or commercial environment.

  • Knowledge of the education sector.
