Job Description:

Acorn Support are excited to partner with a rapidly growing fintech client who has achieved remarkable success. To support their operations, we are hiring for multiple Customer Service Representative roles to join their dynamic team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, fully remote, work-from-home position. As a Customer Care Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to customers, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You'll represent a trusted fintech brand known for innovation and excellence in customer experience.

We provide all the necessary equipment to enable your success, as well as comprehensive training and mentoring at the start of your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the financial sector (an advantage).
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Due to the sensitive nature of the fintech industry, candidates must:

  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity and professionalism.
  • Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Successfully complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check.
