  • Responsible for all sales activity for the home
  • Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
  • Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
  • Respond to sales enquiries
  • Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
  • Maintain a contacts database

Person Specification
Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, as well as the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have strong interpersonal and professional qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint) and a full UK driving licence are also required.
