About The Role

We are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our Customer Service and Operations Team. The role is responsible for driving the quality of relationships at stocks, store level, seasonal, and allocations. You will be responsible for the integration of supplier and customer at the forefront of communication.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Regular contact with Customers, supporting continuity of approach through strong ownership of service levels using real time data.
• Working with the Customer Service Manager and Demand Planners to optimise service levels and ongoing logistical solutions for key assigned customers.
• Together with Customer Service and Warehouse & Distribution teams, provide Supply Chain and Planning support and contact for assigned customers - daily, weekly and monthly interaction.
• Provide recommendations and solutions regarding service levels, on‑shelf availability, and depot availability to optimise sales and overall availability.
• Day‑to‑day responsibility for the Supply Chain Service Level Agreements with assigned customers.
• Coordinate ongoing strategic discussions regarding Supply Chain solutions for assigned customers.
