Customer Relationship Management Manager, Norwich

Overview

We are seeking a CRM Automation Manager (Braze) to join a fast-growing organization in Norwich. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive Braze experience to lead automation and campaign execution across multiple channels.

Team and Culture

You will be part of a 6-person CRM team, reporting to the Head of CRM. The team is collaborative, hands-on, and data-driven, focusing on lifecycle communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage automated journeys and campaigns in Braze across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Utilize custom events, segmentation, Liquid logic, and multi-channel triggers for personalized communications.
• Handle Braze integrations and API connections.
• Maintain modular email content blocks for use by the wider CRM team.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as engagement, conversions, and A/B testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM automation or lifecycle marketing.
