Job description

Job Title – Customer Relationship & Database Manager

Department/Sector – Travel

Job Location – London

Salary – £34k

Our client is recruiting a Customer Relationship & Database Manager to take ownership of the customer journey. You will be instrumental in driving forward the inception, management and delivery of all CRM and database marketing activities.

In the role you must establish a best in class customer retention programs across all stages of the consumer lifecycle. Another part of the role is to lead the CRM strategy across email, DM, mobile and social media. They need you to review and enhance the current email distribution platform – focussing on database segmentation and personalisation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver effective campaigns and produce analysis on campaign performance for the business, evolving campaigns accordingly.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment across social media.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to develop offers, prices and promotions.
  • Ultimately driving sales via online and the call centre.
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
  • Experience working with a large CRM database.
  • Previous in-house CRM experience and able to manage immediate CRM activities.
  • Ability to successfully evaluate campaigns and provide performance feedback to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with working in a data-driven environment.
  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour.
  • Performance focused, eager to drive continuous test and learn across programs.
