At Montague House, the Customer Relations Manager will lead on local networking activity to develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources. Working alongside the management team, the Customer Relations Manager will ensure that occupancy and average weekly fee rates are met in line with budget expectations.

Montague House is a luxury care home providing residential, dementia, and nursing care for older people. You'll be part of a team passionate about the health and well-being of our residents.

  • Support the development of marketing strategies.
  • Develop a high profile within the local community.
  • Maximise profit performance to meet or exceed targets.
  • Handle admin tasks like budget controls and sales reports.
  • Be an ambassador of our brand, showing courtesy and respect.
