The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Relations and Sales Advisor to join our team. This is an all-round role, ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, chasing new opportunities, and taking ownership of their work. Initially, the role will focus on supporting new product releases. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and web enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Be confident in providing quotes, including calculations.
  • Generate leads and actively reconnect with past clients to encourage repeat business
  • Provide personalised and attentive service, ensuring every customer feels valued and understood
  • Support the sales supervisor, assisting with sales projects and providing clear reports on outcomes and performance
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Support the marketing team with logistics and preparation for events
  • Collaborate with the wider team to maintain and grow strong customer relationships

About You

  • Sales-focused, proactive, and target-driven with a positive mindset
  • Good with numbers
  • Strong communication skills: articulate and confident in person, on the phone, and in written correspondence
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects independently while knowing when to seek support
  • Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, small-business environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive wages
  • A friendly, close-knit team environment in our Heathfield, Newton Abbot office
  • The opportunity to represent a UK manufacturer with a reputation for quality and innovation
  • Scope for the role to grow into a long-term position
  • £15 per hour
  • Paid lunch break
  • 33 days annual holiday (inc bank holidays)
  • 40 hours - 9am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
