Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Quotes and Claims Team Leader to oversee our quotes and claims. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for generating accurate quotes for our customers. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and optimising our revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quotes and claims specialists.
  2. Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
  3. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and share best practices.
  4. Invoicing on our internal system and approving invoices from external subcontractors for reactive works.
  5. Conduct screening calls to confirm the accuracy of customer information and ensure proper use of services.
  6. Verify that customers are following proper housekeeping and maintenance protocols to prevent misuse of services or products.
  7. Liaising with the technical department to confirm correct parts and labour on quotes.

Our ideal candidate:

  1. Proven experience in a leadership role within quotes and claims.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in CRM and software systems.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
