Job summary

QBE Europe seeks a business-facing Programme Manager to join our London office. You will partner with the Customer portfolio, shaping technology roadmaps and leading projects to deliver business outcomes within time and budget.

You will manage a team of project managers, liaise with senior stakeholders, and own coordinating between Business, Technology, Architecture and Data teams to embed programmes successfully.

Qualifications

• Extensive programme management experience in a change function with demonstrable career progression.
• Strong business partnering skills to translate requirements into deliverables and roadmaps.
• Experience delivering Salesforce-enabled business change and working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, strategic relationships with the Business and translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Lead and support programmes and projects to achieve defined business outcomes.
• Guide a team of project managers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure effective communication between Business, Technology, Architecture and Data teams.
• Deliver decisions by analysing operational and financial information.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
