Support and manage contract deliverables for key Civil and Military Rest of World (RoW) region Contracted Services customer base.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and lead Customer Accounts by performing PMRs, action trackers, meeting minutes and offering general daily support
  • Generate and manage contract performance of each Customer Account
  • Maintain responsibility of Dowty S&OP for the customer accounts to ensure forecast accuracy and deliverables are met
  • Manage the Financial metrics, supporting QMI process, budgets and subsequent baseline targets to be achieved
  • Working closely with a cross-functional team to deliver for our customers and meet business objectives
  • Responsible for ensuring the customers meet the contracted terms by managing the account receivable process for the specific customer accounts
  • Support MOR objectives and deliverables for the business
  • Engage in Problem Solving activities and business Kaizens to improve Dowty performance and processes, through the use of FLIGHTDECK
  • Support and in some cases lead sales activities with customers and maintain internal compliance to fulfil sales targets
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to internal and external stakeholder queries to provide customer satisfaction and advocate for the customer where required
  • Provide administration support on contractual issues
  • As part of post contract award for new customers, be a key team member in the contract TG3 process and monitor contract performance
Required Qualifications
  • This role requires basic experience in the Services & Services Project Management.
