An international insurance company in London is seeking a Customer Oversight Reporting and Insights Manager to enhance reporting and analytical frameworks. We have the opportunity for a Customer Oversight Reporting and Insights Manager to join our Customer Oversight department at Tokio Marine Kiln. You will report to the Head of Customer Oversight and will be responsible for improving, controlling, and delivering reporting and analysis for Customer Outcomes. Your goal is to ensure reports are consistent, tailored to audience needs, operationally streamlined, and based on a single source of truth. You will lead the development and implementation of insights into Customer Outcomes reporting, ensuring relevance, advanced generation techniques, and methodologies.
The role includes responsibilities such as:
Essential experience includes proven background in financial services, preferably insurance and the London market, with experience in a global environment. Skills in PowerBI, automation, and analytics dashboards are required, along with knowledge of SQL, Python, and regulator approaches to consumer business. Effective communication skills and stakeholder engagement are also essential.
