Job description

We have an opportunity for a Customer Oversight Reporting Analyst to join our Customer Oversight department at Tokio Marine Kiln. Reporting to the Head of Customer Oversight, you will support the team by providing in-depth analysis of MI to ensure TMK’s customers receive good outcomes in line with TMK’s Conduct Risk Appetite Statements.

This role includes responsibilities such as:

  1. Supporting the design and implementation of the Customer Outcomes MI Framework.
  2. Developing and delivering MI solutions to meet the needs of Customer Oversight across various technologies.
  3. Delivering Customer Outcomes MI Solutions within scope and timelines, ensuring robustness and integrity.
  4. Continuously improving the quality and efficiency of Customer Outcomes MI processes.
  5. Maintaining control and governance over data to ensure quality MI.
  6. Analyzing data to assess TMK’s performance against Conduct Risk Appetite Statements, demonstrating good customer outcomes.
  7. Acting as the liaison with other TMK departments for Customer Outcomes Reporting to drive improvements.
  8. Ensuring timely and accurate completion of regulatory returns.
  9. Adapting to internal and regulatory changes in reporting models, working closely with UMT.
  10. Promoting workflow improvements within the MI team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong MI background with proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques for complex datasets. Skills in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with MI technologies such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI, and Business Objects, are desirable. The candidate should be highly numerate, concise, a problem solver, and a critical thinker.
