Department: Affluent Segment Customer Outcome Hub
Location: Southampton/Hybrid preferred
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract (for externals), for Internal candidates, this will be considered a permanent move.
Salary: Paying between £35k-£46k
Delivering regular MI and data analysis to the COH management team, as well as submission of data/analytics to the broader programme and steering committees.
Produce steering committee, board, or other ad hoc papers or reports updating on the progress data integrity or customer remediation activities.
Provide analytical interpretation of the MI supplied to ensure the outcomes are fully understood and actions are derived to allow for future improvements.
Continuously check and challenge the integrity of the data used to generate the MI provided – resolving any inaccuracies or inconsistencies as appropriate.
Maintain confidentiality of all information, both from internal and external sources, exercising discretion at all times.
Track completion of actions arising from Steercos, ExCo etc relating to COH activities.
Good data analysis skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage and influence at all levels across the business and the wider organisation.
Ability to be flexible and change in an ever-evolving business.
The ability to understand and effectively present requirements but to also provide additional information or insight, where helpful and relevant.
Delivery focussed, with high energy and drive. Always looking for ways of continuous improvement.
High level of personal confidence, able to present and discuss reports or updates to the Affluent Leadership team and elsewhere across the organisation.
The ability to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate priorities in calm, pragmatic manner.
Capable of presenting updates in simple and concise manner, in order that recommendations, risks or concerns are able to be fully understood and accurate conclusions to be reached.
