Customer Order Processor (Engineering / Construction)
Nottingham
£28,000 - £32,000 + 24 days holiday + training + benefits + pension
Are you an experienced and capable customer services professional with experience of processing orders for technical equipment looking to work for a leading provider of products and services into the construction industry?
Are you looking to progress your career and move into management with a growing and stable business?
Would you like to work closely with Engineers and clients to manage multiple interesting and complex Engineering projects with a lively company that really values its employees?
On offer is a role within a modern M&E consultancy that is family run and focused on continuous improvement that will provide excellent training and actively encourages career development and progression.
You will provide excellent customer service through effective communication as orders are received via phone calls and emails and handle a high volume of activities whilst being able to process information accurately whilst remaining focused. You will also be trained to be able to advise customers about the products services available.
