Job Summary:
We have a position available to join our operation team. As a Customer Operations agent, Coordinator, you will report into the Operation Manager (CO), will be the first line contact for the Sales BDD/Country Manager and assigned customers (our retail partners) in placing orders along with our internal operations team, answering and directing queries to the right department. You will be building a strong relationship with our 3PL warehouse to enable seamless flow of information for Customers of Orveon Global.
