Job summary

Miele Australia Pty is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Abingdon (moving to Reading in mid-2027). You will lead Planning, Customer Resolutions and Back Office teams, ensuring operational excellence and a premium customer experience.

You will use data, insights and clear governance to drive performance, manage complex escalations, and coordinate with outsourced partners to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within customer service, contact centre, aftersales or service operations.
• Experience leading teams and outsourced partners to deliver outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning, Customer Resolutions and Back Office teams to drive performance.
• Translate business objectives into operational plans with clear priorities.
• Monitor performance using data and root-cause analysis to drive improvements.
• Oversee escalations, executive complaints and regulatory matters to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
