A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a skilled account manager to oversee performance and build relationships within the aviation sector. This role requires strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in account management and be flexible with travel. The position offers a competitive salary and requires full-time on-site work, primarily at Heathrow.
Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Oversee daily account performance, service KPIs, and compliance.
Collaborate across operations, culinary, procurement, and finance.
Lead customer meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support pricing, budgeting, and commercial performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact in a complex, fast‑moving operational setting. You will be walking the floor and get to know the customer, as well as working closely with commercial and pricing teams.
Location: Heathrow, with occasional travel to other sites (Manchester, Glasgow, Gatwick)
Contract: Permanent, full-time, 4 - 5 days a week onsite
