Duties:

  • Manage relationships with Property Managers from the moment they complete onboarding with TravelStaytion, identifying opportunities for further collaboration.
  • Engage with Property Managers upon completing onboarding to facilitate the distribution of their properties across TravelStaytion’s B2C and B2B network.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts for extended distribution, ensuring all documents are promptly stored in the CRM and relevant details are accurately logged.
  • Lead and execute the distribution of each Host’s properties across TravelStaytion’s B2C and B2B networks.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of properties distributed through TravelStaytion and its extensive distribution network, as well as expanding the number of channels each Host utilizes.
  • Monitor and supervise the technical performance of connectivity with distribution channels, identifying specific requirements and coordinating with the Connectivity Team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all company departments to enhance performance and achieve monthly targets.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping by registering all account information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in the company’s day-to-day business operations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for short-term rentals, travel, and the real estate market, embracing new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Execute effectively based on KPI metrics (targets, goals, and strategic objectives) set in collaboration with the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience in b2b sales (ideally with a call center experience or sales over the phone)
  • Tenacity and passion for lead generation and conversion.
  • Multi-tasking and strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in English
  • Strong will to achieve results with minimal supervision
  • Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls and texts
  • Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and responsive - you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive brand ambassador.
