SKIMS is seeking a Team Member for a part-time role to deliver a premium in-store experience. You greet customers, learn product stories and sizing, and maintain an organized floor while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work weekends, stay flexible, and bring energy, optimism, and a learning mindset to help achieve store goals. Prior retail or hospitality experience is valued, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Availability across weekdays and weekends with at least 14 open hours on weekend days.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and create personalized, elevated experiences reflecting SKIMS values.
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to confidently assist customers and build trust.
• Use professional tone and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean, and organized during busy periods with urgency and efficiency.
• Leverage company tools and teamwork to adapt to changes while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Be flexible and work across different store zones, embracing coaching and development.
