Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a part-time Team Member to deliver a premium, customer-centric shopping experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll greet customers warmly, learn product stories and sizing, and provide personalized styling to help turn shoppers into loyal fans.

You’ll work across store zones, adapting quickly, while upholding our mission of inclusivity and excellence. You will be part of a collaborative team that values energy, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Availability on weekdays and weekends
• At least 14 hours across Sat/Sun
• At least one closing shift on Sat/Sun
• Able to stand and move around the store for the full shift
• Passion for customer service and helping others
• Previous retail/service/hospitality experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth and create personalized, elevated experiences reflecting our mission and values
• Learn product stories, sizing, and fit to support each customer and build trust
• Use professional tone and refined selling behaviors to maintain a premium brand feel
• Keep floor stocked, clean and organized during busy hours
• Leverage company tools and team support to stay calm and focused on customers
• Be flexible to work in different store zones and embrace coaching and change
• Ask questions, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve daily
• Contribute to meeting store goals by driving results and using training tools
• Maintain high standards of excellence and accountability within the team
• Communicate openly and professionally to foster a supportive team culture
