The Customer Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies that positively influence shopper behaviour, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility across our ‘bricks and clicks’ customer landscape.
They will help to bridge the gap between the creation of marketing assets by translating them into actionable materials for our customers in a language & format familiar to them. It’s about aligning the strategies of the business and our customers.
By leveraging shopper insights and market trends, the role focuses on executing impactful marketing campaigns, optimizing in-store and online experiences, and collaborating with customers to deliver profitable growth. Additionally, the specialist manages budgets, tracks performance, and ensures campaigns deliver strong ROI while aligning with overall business objectives.
