Salary: £26,250 - £35,000 O.T.E (uncapped earnings)

What you’ll do day to day

  • Contacting customers by telephone inbound/outbound, and by email to review current finance agreements
  • Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge
  • Focusing on achieving a high retention
  • Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your work
  • Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence
