Job Description:

The Role

Here at Fortem, we are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Customer Liaison Officer to join our Birmingham contract, working on the Repairs & Maintenance side.

Working full-time, you will aim to deliver and improve customer and client satisfaction across the planned works project, engaging tenants and supporting the Site Manager.

The Project

You will work on planned maintenance and refurbishments, engaging residents and communities, liaising with customers to clarify the scope of work, and coordinating access to ensure timely completion.

Essential and Desirable Criteria

Essential:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Resilience and negotiation skills
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in a similar role
