Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a full-time Customer Liaison Officer to join their Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub. The role involves responding to calls, providing advice, and coordinating with social care professionals. Candidates should possess strong IT skills and be confident communicators. The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is the front door to Children’s Social Care. It’s made up of seven Customer Liaison Officers, social workers, the police, health and CAMHS.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll respond to all calls, providing advice where appropriate and recording contact from professionals and members of the public. You’ll also arrange meetings and assessments with families and respond to requests for information from partner agencies.
You’ll ideally have a good understanding of Microsoft, good literacy skills and will be confident on the phone.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, based at The Civic in the city centre.
Interviews will be held w/c 14 July.
Should you be offered the role, as part of the pre-employment checks an Enhanced DBS will be actioned for you (unless you are on the DBS Update Service).

Our roles are either designated ‘site based’ or ‘home based’. ‘Site based’ roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst ‘home based’ roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
