As our Customer Insights Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping Unity grow with purpose. You'll lead the charge in gathering and translating customer, market and competitor insights into actionable strategies that inform decision-making across the business. From designing research programmes to championing our Insights Hub, you'll ensure that every voice-especially those of vulnerable customers-is heard and valued. In line with Consumer Duty, you'll help us evidence customer understanding and ensure our products, communications and services meet the needs of those we serve. You'll work closely with the Customer Council, act as its Secretariat, and support a culture of insight-led decision making that puts customer outcomes at the heart of our marketing and commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and commission research to uncover customer needs, market trends and competitor positioning.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform marketing, product and commercial decisions.
  • Lead the development of customer personas and Pen Portraits, including for vulnerable customer groups.
  • Manage the Customer Satisfaction programme and ensure insights are accessible across the business via the Insights Hub.
  • Support regulatory compliance by evidencing customer understanding and championing Consumer Duty
