Harvey Nash has exclusively partnered with a well-established, fast-scaling online healthcare business that is hiring a Customer Insight Analyst to support marketing and commercial decision-making through meaningful, story-led data insight.
This is a newly created position in a growing data function – giving you the chance to shape how customer data is used across acquisition, retention, campaign targeting and wider business strategy.
You’ll take ownership of large customer datasets, working closely with marketing and commercial teams to build scalable insight solutions in SQL and Tableau. This isn’t just a reporting role – you’ll be curating datasets, translating trends into actionable recommendations, and guiding how the business uses data to make smarter decisions.
You’ll be joining at a key stage in the company’s growth journey – with investment already made into their data infrastructure and appetite from all corners of the business to better leverage it. There’s strong backing for learning and development, and personal growth alongside the business.
Experience of Interest:
Location: Leeds – hybrid (1 day a week onsite)
