Northern in Manchester is seeking a Customer Information Controller to work on-site, covering 42-hour rolling shifts. Salary £46,688 with 90% during training. You will monitor services, update passengers in real time and coordinate information across systems to keep everyone informed during disruption.
You’ll collaborate with Customer Services to arrange alternatives and support rail replacement activities, while updating CIS and LLPA screens accordingly.
