Job Description

The Customer Implementation Specialist is responsible for every aspect of the delivery of medical equipment and related services to customers.

Tasks include:

  1. Customer site inspection and design
  2. Participation in contract negotiations and site preparation
  3. Delivery and installation coordination with the customer and third parties
  4. Marketing collaboration, customer training, and final commissioning and acceptance

This position requires frequent travel within Europe and potentially in Asia in the future.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role handling complex/multiple projects in the medical device industry
  • Experience dealing with executive management and clinicians within diverse customer organizations
  • Proactive, customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional European language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities:

  • Attend presale meetings with Sales and support customer relationships
  • Collaborate with Sales and Service departments to define customer requirements pre-contract
  • Develop detailed implementation plans based on customer needs
  • Understand product and service offerings specific to each customer
  • Coordinate with all relevant departments to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including C-Level, within the customer organization
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services post-order, including training
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer questions, complaints, and feedback to maintain satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate project and customer data records
  • Exhibit leadership aligned with company values
