Customer Implementation Specialist, Medical Devices Glasgow UK, United Kingdom

This position is responsible for all aspects of delivering medical equipment and related services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer site inspection and design
  2. Participation in contract negotiations and site preparation
  3. Delivery and installation coordination with customers and third parties
  4. Marketing collaboration, customer training, and final commissioning and acceptance

This role requires frequent travel across Europe and potentially in Asia in the future.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years in a similar role within the medical device industry, managing complex projects
  • Experience working with executive management and clinicians
  • Proactive, customer-focused problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects independently
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other European language
  • Willingness to travel up to 70%
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support sales activities and customer relationship management
  • Develop detailed implementation plans based on customer requirements
  • Understand product and service offerings specific to each customer
  • Coordinate with various company functions to meet customer requirements
  • Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-Level
  • Manage the delivery of products and services from order receipt to training completion
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Address customer questions, complaints, and feedback to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate project and customer data
