We are currently seeking a Customer Implementation Project Manager to join our Project Management & Customer Implementation Team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Translate customer needs into APLL terminology and lead customer implementation, including onboarding and re-implementation when needed.
  • Lead project management topics within our operational regional team.
  • Coordinate with Systems, Processes, Training, and Agents Pillars on lean implementation opportunities.
  • Gather and store information in operational systems like Customer Profiles and Quotations.
  • Maintain constant communication with the National Continuous Improvement Managers.
  • Transfer project goals to the operational regional team through meetings, documentation, and time management.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management, business administration.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations.
  • Process-driven and results-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Systems affinity, knowledge, and experience.
  • Conflict and stress management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
