WHO WE ARE

White Stuff was established in 1985 with a simple idea. This idea grew, and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing, accessories, and homeware. Our original prints (designed in-house), intricate details, and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

Our people are at the heart of our brand, constantly moving and driving us forward. We're sociable, talented, and like-minded. We are not hierarchical or political in how we do business. We encourage entrepreneurial ideas and accountability at all levels.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be passionate about retail and fashion, with the determination to go the extra mile and provide the best customer experience. You thrive in a team environment and inspire others with your passion and support.

  • Use knowledge of promotions or discounts to inform customers and increase sales.
  • Assist in events such as customer events and preview evenings.

Product Presentation and Visual Standards

  • Maintain high visual standards in-store.
  • Support with floor moves, mannequin and window displays, and replenishment.
  • Understand features of our products (fits, styles, fabrics) and explain these to support customer buying decisions.

Shop Operations

  • Process deliveries efficiently, ensuring products are replenished and available for customers.
  • Support stock management processes like stocktakes.
  • Use company resources such as the White Stuff website, Looking White Stuff, the Tea Room, email communications, window guidelines, and brand posts to engage customers and ensure compliance with daily/weekly actions.
  • Be a team player and participate actively in team briefs.

  • Maintain a professional approach to internal customers, head office departments, centre management, and visitors.
  • Fulfill ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes accurately and efficiently.

Doing Good Stuff
