Working in our stunning BMW and MINI Centre, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience—welcoming customers, supporting the team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet every visitor with genuine warmth and connect them with the right team member
  • Maintain a calm, clean and professional customer space—including our café area
  • Offer refreshments, update materials, and spot opportunities to enhance each visit
  • Support our service team by preparing job card insights and handling pre-call activity
  • Manage the Head of Business’s diary, draft letters and assist with admin tasks
  • Use tools like “Team Chat” to provide live updates to customers
  • Step in wherever needed to help the team deliver a five-star experience
