Crown Relocations are currently hiring for a Customer Growth Executive.

Contract type

This is a temporary, fixed term 6-month position to cover maternity leave.

Location

The role is based at our Enfield office, with the option for hybrid working if you have a suitable home office set up.

The Role

Working with the Customer Growth Director, this role will be working on framing some of those opportunities in defined strategic projects.

You will also work with business stakeholders including other areas of marketing (brand and regional), Sales heads, country owners, CS functions and supply chain to deliver on profitable and scalable growth in line with the CR customer strategy and Crown standard.

Planned strategic projects in scope for this role will be around customer proposition development, Website UX journeys, Partnership marketing, support proposition development and AI opportunities along the Customer Journey.

The right candidate will be obsessed with customer data and be able to use data sets to articulate customer trends.

Gauge customer satisfaction/expectation through collecting/analyzing data collected from surveys, customer focus groups, social media, and industrial benchmarks, including key drivers of both satisfaction and dissatisfaction.

Work with Group and Regional Marketing – including communications, digital and the CS operations - to establish a consistent global customer experience in line with the CR Customer Value proposition and the company purpose, whilst optimizing business contribution (including MTM and other customer feedback initiatives).

Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional experience in B2C customer business.
  • Previous experience can be a mix of: Strategic CX, Digital UX, Content development, Marketing/ CX project.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA would be an advantage.
  • Experience and a great degree of comfort with the use of technology.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, specifically when analysing both qualitative and quantitative information.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple projects and stakeholders and a team player.
  • Strategic thinker with long term planning abilities providing good performance management.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic achiever with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Effective at working in a matrix management environment.
  • Excellent presentation, project management and organizational skills.
  • Tackles problems and takes independent action where appropriate, seeks out new responsibilities, generates new ideas and practices self-development. Consistently seeks ways to improve processes, productivity and profit.
