Job summary

John Lewis Partnership in London is hiring a Part-time Supermarket Assistant to support Waitrose customers across multiple branches, including Twickenham, Kingston, Chiswick, Raynes Park and West Ealing. Roles involve 10-20 hour contracts across seven days with early starts, evenings and weekends.

You will help stock shelves, fulfil online orders, reduce waste and assist the shop team, with a pay rate of £14.55 per hour (£14.80 after 90 days), plus night premium.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work as part of a team and communicate with customers.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is welcomed.
• Interest in food and drinks trends is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment - keeping shelves full and correctly shelved.
• Fulfil online customer orders for driver delivery.
• Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Support checkout, Click & Collect and other customer orders as needed.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
