Job summary

Tesco is seeking store colleagues to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers, helping with products and services as needed, and performing duties such as shelf replenishment, checkout support, order picking, and occasional delivery assistance.

To be over 18 for this role.
A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.

Responsibilities

Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
