Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring for a store colleague role. You will provide friendly service, assist customers with product questions, and support daily store operations including checkout, shelf replenishment, and order picking. The position offers flexible hours with a minimum of 16 hours per week and opportunities to grow within a large retailer.

Your day-to-day will involve helping customers, maintaining store standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to learn about products and services
• Ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
