Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with 3 weeks’ notice on shifts and flexible patterns to suit your availability.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Use initiative to help customers and resolve issues.
• Able to work well in a team and communicate openly.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general duties.
• Make customer-focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
