Job summary

Tesco Colleague role in UK stores offers a customer‑facing position with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week and options for 12+ hours. Shifts are scheduled within advertised windows, with three weeks’ notice before your upcoming shifts.

Flexible working arrangements are available, and all colleagues are encouraged to participate in a diverse, inclusive team. You will help Tesco shoppers with pride, learn about products, and work across service, picking, and replenishment areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 18 to apply.
• Flexibility to work mornings and evenings as required.
• Willingness to work at least 12–16 hours per week depending on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve shoppers with passion and pride every day.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Take initiative and make decisions in customers’ interests, within training.
• Be on time, well presented and a brand ambassador for Tesco.
