Job summary

Aldi in Willenhall is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Retail Assistant. You will help customers, stock shelves, check product quality and ensure shelves are well-merchandised, while delivering fast, accurate till operations.

Shifts are flexible 10–30 hours per week, with a supportive team, ongoing training and benefits including 28 days leave and wellbeing discounts. Reliable transport is helpful for early starts from 6am.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and ready to support customers and the team.
• Hardworking and comfortable being busy and on your feet.
• Reliable and flexible with a can-do attitude in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident handling numbers and basic till operations.
• Retail experience is a plus but not essential - attitude matters most!
