Job summary

Tesco is hiring for a Colleague role in the UK. The pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 areas. We guarantee a minimum 16 hours per week, with options to work as few as 12 hours. Availability windows and contracted hours will be scheduled with 3 weeks’ notice; flexible working is supported.

• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance and help drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and reach customers in good condition.
• Be yourself, live Tesco values, and follow policies.
• Occasionally assist with deliveries to the store.
