• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with Tesco products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible store support including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
