Job summary

Grape Tree Limited in Walthamstow is hiring Retail Sales Assistants for 10, 12 or 16 hours per week. You will deliver fast, friendly service and help keep the store well stocked, clean and welcoming for customers.

Flexible to work across the store's Monday–Sunday opening hours, you will report to the Store Manager and contribute to a high standard of hygiene, safety and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, ideally with experience in food retail.
• Organised and practically minded, able to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till and follow company instructions while serving customers.
• Provide the highest possible standard of customer service.
• Keep shelves well stocked and faced at all times.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in-store.
• Follow company rules and report breaches when observed.
• Co-operate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operations.
