Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom to help deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers confidently, replenish stock, and keep displays sharp while maintaining high service standards.

You will work with a friendly team, handle till tasks, and ensure safety and store guidelines are followed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn will help you grow in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
