Responsibilities

• Help serve shoppers better every day.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport.
• Assist with in-store routines in service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Keep customers’ needs in focus and deliver at the right time.
• Handle deliveries into the store when required.
• Be punctual, well-presented and a brand ambassador.
• Support seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Work across the store and apply training to stay safe and efficient.
