Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and teammates.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role is welcome.
• Willingness to learn about products and food trends.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and in the right place.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery or collection.
• Reducing wastage by following due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team including checkout, Click & Collect and on‑demand orders.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment.
