Travis Perkins is seeking a Yard Assistant to support day-to-day yard operations and customer service outside the branch. You will handle loading/unloading, process orders, and help keep products organized in the yard and warehouse.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a friendly, helpful approach to customers. You will be working in a physically demanding environment with training provided, and there is potential for development within the group.

• Be confident in your physical ability to process heavy and bulky stock within our health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders at the Yard and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Unload building products from supplier deliveries and book them into the branch warehouse.
• Assist with safety and tidiness to maintain a safe working environment.
• Training is provided for forklift operation and safety.
