Job summary

EE Merthyr Tydfil Contact Centre in Merthyr is seeking a friendly, energetic Sales Advisor to join our full-time team. You’ll take incoming calls from existing EE customers and help them find the best deals on phones and broadband.

You’ll be trained to listen, understand needs and match customers with the right product. There are targets, uncapped commission, and plenty of career progression across EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic and love talking to people.
• Great listener who can pick up needs and match to products.
• Comfortable dealing with customers and navigating product options.

Responsibilities
